Tobias Vincent Maguire (nascido em 27 de junho de 1975) é um ator e produtor de cinema americano. Ele é mais conhecido por interpretar o personagem-título da trilogia Spider-Man de Sam Raimi (2002–2007), reprisando sua iteração do personagem no Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021). Seus outros filmes incluem Pleasantville (1998), Ride with the Devil (1999), The Cider House Rules (1999), Wonder Boys (2000), Seabiscuit (2003), The Good German (2006), Brothers (2009) e The Great Gatsby (2013). Ele recebeu dois Saturn Awards, incluindo um de Melhor Ator. Maguire estabeleceu sua própria produtora em 2012 chamada Material Pictures.
